General Returns/Refund Policy
All of our products are delivered electronically; therefore, there is nothing that can be actually "Returned".
If you are not fully satisfied with any software program that you have purchased from BBI (excluding custom programmed software) within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a refund. Purchases made to Kagi may be subject to a 7% fee. Purchases paid directly to BBI via check or credit card will receive 100% refund.
You must provide BBI in writing, a signed statement (via fax or scanned document in PDF via email) that you will remove the refunded product from all computers that you have installed it on, and not use the product that you are returning any more, nor will you give it to any other party. You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days.
Any services purchased are non refundable once they have been delivered. Services may include but are not limited to: consulting, programming, support.
